Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Project Cancellation:

In the event the Client cancels the Project prior to completion, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the project must be paid. This fee compensates for our time and resources committed to the Project.

2. Advance Payment:

Prior to commencing any Project, an advance payment of 50% of the total professional charges must be paid by the Client. The Project is deemed confirmed and shall commence only upon the payment of the said advance.

3. Final Payment:

Full settlement of the professional charges must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of completion of the Project. The final content shall only be released upon the said payment and Copy Collective reserves the right to withhold the release of the final content, in the event of the Client’s failure to honour the payment obligations.

4. Studio Time/Shoot Attendance:

If studio time or on-site shoot attendance is required for your Project, these services will be charged separately. Details of our standard hourly/daily rates (as applicable) will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the Project, if required.

5. Formal Correspondence:

All correspondence related to payments, quotations, Project details, or any other formal matters must be conducted via email. This ensures clarity, documentation, and a record of the agreed terms and conditions.

6. Modification of Terms:

Copy Collective reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
